South Indian Vada With Bread, Paneer And Potato How to make

Vada


Ingredients: 


  • 6 Bread slices
  • ¾ cup Curd / Yogurt

  • ½ cup Rice flour

  • ¼ cup Suji( Semolina)

  • ¼ cup Paneer( Cottage cheese)

  • ¼ cup Mashed Potato

  • ½ tsp Cumin

  • ½ Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 inch Ginger, finely chopped

  • few Coriander leaves, chopped

  • 2 Green chilies, chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for deep frying

How To Make 



  • Mix 6 slices of any bread and crumble them into small pieces.

  • Add rice flour, Suji, curd ,cumin seeds, onion, ginger, paneer , mashed potato ,coriander leaves and salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients and form a soft dough.

  • Make small ball and gently press to flatten and then make a hole in the centre like you prepare in vada.Fry in low flame.

  • Fry on both sides till they turn golden brown. The Bread Vada is ready

  • Serve hot vada with chutney or sambar or sauce .
